Chicken Chicharrón Gorditas

  • Pam® Original, canola oil spray
  • 500 grams masa dough
  • 500 grams ground meat, chicken
  • 40 grams guajillo chile, powder
  • 40 grams ancho chile, powder
  • 1/3 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bullion
  • 100 milliliters sour cream, reduced-fat
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 100 grams panela cheese, grated
  • salt

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Spray a skillet with 3 shots of PAM® Original and cook the onion, garlic, ground chicken, and add the chili powder, letting it cook over low heat while stirring, add the broth, and season with salt and pepper.
  • With the dough, form balls and place the mixture in the center, close them and flatten them.
  • Spray a baking sheet with PAM® Original and place the gorditas being formed on it, spraying them on top.
  • Bake for 15 minutes on one side and 15 on the other, flipping them.
