Spray a skillet with 3 shots of PAM® Original and cook the onion, garlic, ground chicken, and add the chili powder, letting it cook over low heat while stirring, add the broth, and season with salt and pepper.
With the dough, form balls and place the mixture in the center, close them and flatten them.
Spray a baking sheet with PAM® Original and place the gorditas being formed on it, spraying them on top.
Bake for 15 minutes on one side and 15 on the other, flipping them.
