Chickpea Dip

Also known as hummus, this Arabic snack is delicious. It is accompanied by a little olive oil and soft or toasted pita bread. It's perfect for an afternoon snack or as a light bite. You can also enjoy it with vegetable sticks or add it to your sandwiches. Give it a try!

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
