Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 can chickpea, drained
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt

Preparation

Stir everything in the blender until it is a soft paste.
It cools for 2 hours.
It is served with pita bread triangles.

TIPS

You can also make a sandwich with slices of tomato and lettuce, adding this preparation.
