Also known as hummus, this Arabian snack is delicious. It is served with a little olive oil and soft or toasted pita bread. It is perfect for an afternoon of snacks or as a snack. You can also eat it with vegetable sticks or add it to your sandwiches. Test it!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 can chickpea, drained
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt

Preparation

Stir everything in the blender until it becomes a smooth paste.
Chills for 2 hours.
It is served with triangles of Pita Arabian bread.

TIPS

You can also make a sandwich with tomato slices and lettuce, adding this preparation.
