Chocolate, Watermelon, and Green Tea Popsicles

Delicious chocolate, watermelon, and green tea popsicles, low in calories and easy to make.

  • 500 grams watermelon
  • 100 grams white chocolate
  • 1 sachet green tea
  • 400 milliliters water

  • We heat the water to boiling point, remove from heat, and steep the green tea bag for 1 minute. We remove the tea bag and let it cool.
  • We cut the watermelon into thick triangles. We remove the skin and place them in a bowl. We cover the watermelon pieces with the cold infusion and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
  • We drain the watermelon triangles, skewer them with a stick (or alternatively with a small spoon), and put them in the freezer for one hour. At the last moment, we melt the white chocolate in the microwave at low temperature or in a double boiler. We take the watermelon triangles out of the freezer and partially dip them in the white chocolate. We return the watermelon triangles to the freezer until serving time.
