We heat the water to boiling point, remove from heat, and steep the green tea bag for 1 minute. We remove the tea bag and let it cool.
We cut the watermelon into thick triangles. We remove the skin and place them in a bowl. We cover the watermelon pieces with the cold infusion and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
We drain the watermelon triangles, skewer them with a stick (or alternatively with a small spoon), and put them in the freezer for one hour.
At the last moment, we melt the white chocolate in the microwave at low temperature or in a double boiler. We take the watermelon triangles out of the freezer and partially dip them in the white chocolate. We return the watermelon triangles to the freezer until serving time.
