Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit or 180 Celsius.
Place the puff pastry on a floured surface and use a rolling pin to form a rectangle of 33x20 cm. With a brush, glaze the entire puff pastry with the melted butter, leaving a 1 cm wide border on the sides.
Mix the finely chopped sage with the salt and sausage. Place this mixture on the puff pastry (leaving the border empty). Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Starting from the long side of the rectangle, roll up the filled puff pastry. Seal the edges.
With a knife, slice 12 pieces of 1.5 centimeters, removing the edges.
Place on a greased and floured baking sheet and bake the rolls for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
