Christmas Bacon and Cheese Reindeer

Surprise your guests with this original Christmas dip made with bacon and cheese, shaped like a reindeer, made with a selection of ingredients that combine perfectly.

  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup bacon, fried and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 cups bacon, fried, finely chopped, for decoration
  • pretzel, for decoration
  • Manchego cheese, for decoration
  • cherry tomato, in half, for decoration
  • black olives, for decoration
  • 1 package Saladitas® saltine crackers, to accompany

  • In a bowl, cream the cheese, add the cream, the cheddar cheese, season with onion powder, garlic powder, add the bacon, the scallions, season with salt, pepper, sauce, and mix until combined. Set aside.
  • Place the previous mixture on a large platter, cover the cheese with non-stick plastic, and shape it with your hands into the head of the reindeer, as shown in the video. Refrigerate and set aside.
  • Remove the non-stick plastic, decorate with Manchego cheese to form the eyes, place an olive in the center for the nose, pretzels for the nostrils, black olives for the nose, place a cherry tomato, cover with fried bacon, use the rest of the cheese to place the pretzels to decorate the horns.
  • Serve accompanied by Galletas Saladitas®.
