In a bowl, cream the cheese, add the cream, the cheddar cheese, season with onion powder, garlic powder, add the bacon, the scallions, season with salt, pepper, sauce, and mix until combined. Set aside. Place the previous mixture on a large platter, cover the cheese with non-stick plastic, and shape it with your hands into the head of the reindeer, as shown in the video. Refrigerate and set aside.
