Corn Covered with Potatoes

Corn in Mexico is always a very popular preparation consumed throughout much of the country. If you love covered corn, prepare these original, flavorful corn on the cob for any celebration or craving, made with chili mayonnaise and topped with your preferred crushed potatoes or snacks. Don't hesitate to try this delicious and original corn.

  • 3 liters water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 4 ears corn, white, clean
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 cup Cheetos
  • 1 cup Doritos®
  • 1 cup tortilla chips
  • 1 cup Takis
  • lime

  • Heat a small pot with water, add salt, and cook the corn until tender. Cool and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the hot sauce until well combined. Set aside.
  • Place the potatoes in a plastic bag and use a wooden spatula to crush them until they become a fine powder. Set aside.
  • On a cutting board, place the corn cobs and insert a wooden stick, cover with lime and chili mayonnaise, and sprinkle with the crushed potatoes of your choice.
  • Serve, share, and enjoy.
