4 ears corn
1 cup potato chips, marinated
1/2 cups BBQ sauce
1/2 cups hot sauce
2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon lime pepper
salt
1 cup sour cream, for the dressing
2 tablespoons mayonnaise, for the dressing
1 tablespoon chives, for the dressing

On a cutting board, cut the corn lengthwise into 4 parts as shown in the video. Set aside.
Add the potatoes to a resealable bag and use a rolling pin to crush them into a powder.
In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, hot sauce, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper, and salt. Dip the corn in the sauce.
Place the costielotes on a baking tray, sprinkle with potato wedges, and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
For the dressing, in a bowl, mix the cream, mayonnaise, and chives; season with salt and pepper.
Serve the costielotes with wedge potato dressing and accompany with a beer.
