Crazy Apples

Prepare this delicious snack of apples covered in tamarind candy, sprinkled with chili powder, accompanied by peanuts, grated carrot, jicama, and cucumber. The best part is that they come topped with spicy gummy candies, liquid chamoy, and lime juice. For chamoy lovers, they will be a sensation!

  • 15 tamarind candies

  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 1 cup jicama, grated
  • 1 cup cucumber, grated
  • 1/2 cups spicy gummies, mango
  • 1 cup chamoy
  • chile powder

  • On a board, flatten the tamarind using a rolling pin, sticking some together to form a sheet. Cover the apples with the mixture, warming it slightly with your hands to mold it to the shape of the apple. Sprinkle chili powder and cut into eighths. Remove the seeds.
  • Place the apple wedges on a plate and add the peanuts, carrot, jicama, cucumber, spicy gummy candies, serve with liquid chamoy, chili powder, and lime juice. Enjoy.
