Prepare this delicious snack of apples covered with sweet tamarind, sprinkled with chili powder, accompanied by peanuts, carrot, jicama and grated cucumber. The best thing is that they have a topping of gummies enchiladas, liquid chamoy and lemon juice. For the lovers of the chamoy, they will be the sensation!

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 apples
  • 15 Tamarindo candy
  • to taste chilli powder
  • 1 cup japanese peanut
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 1 cup jicama, grated
  • 1 cup cucumber, grated
  • 1/2 cups spicy gummy, of mango
  • 1 cup liquid chamoy
  • to taste chilli powder
  • to taste lemon

Preparation

On a table, spread the tamarinds with the help of a roller, paste them together to form a plate. Cover the apples with the masita warming a little with your hands so that it takes the shape of the apple. Sprinkle chili powder and cut into eighths. Remove the seeds.
