Crazy Potatoes

Prepare these crunchy and delicious crazy potatoes that go with peanuts, carrot, cucumber, jicama, chili gummies, and plenty of chamoy. They are perfect for eating straight from the bag, give them a try.

  • 1/2 cups cucumber
  • 1/4 jicamas
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bag potato chips, (61 g)
  • 1/4 cups cracker nuts
  • 2 tablespoons spicy gummies
  • 2 tablespoons tamarind candies
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chile powder
  • 1/4 cups chamoy
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce, for snacks

  • Peel and grate the cucumber, jicama, and carrot. Set aside.
  • Open the bag of potatoes and fold the edges to form a rim.
  • Add the vegetables and the rest of the ingredients. Mix with a Foriba® Disposable Plastic Fork and enjoy.
