Prepare these crispy and delicious crazy potatoes that go with peanuts, carrot, cucumber, jicama, gummy chili and a lot of chamoy. They are ideal for eating directly from the bag, try them.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 cups cucumber
  • 1/4 jicamas
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bag fried potato, (61 g)
  • 1/4 cups japanese peanut
  • 2 tablespoons chili gummy
  • 2 tablespoons tamarind candy
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chilli powder
  • 1/4 cups chamoy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce, for snacks

Preparation

Peel and grate the cucumber, jicama and carrot. Reservation.
Open the bag of potatoes and fold the edges to form a border.
Add the vegetables and the rest of the ingredients. Mix with a Foriba® Disposable Plastic Fork and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve with toppings and chamoy.
