Try this cream cheese and cold cuts board that, in addition to being very easy to make, everyone will love for its flavor combination with Galletas Crackets®. It's the perfect snack to share!
5 cups cream cheese, in small cubes, at room temperature
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
1 cup prosciutto, in halves
1 cup salami, in halves
1/2 cups sun-dried tomatoes, in thin strips
1/2 cups orange jam
1/2 cups walnuts, finely chopped

Place the garlic on a sheet of aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil, add salt, wrap, and bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes. Set aside.
In a bowl and with the help of a whisk, soften the cream cheese until you get a smooth paste. Add the garlic, mash, and mix until completely incorporated. Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and green onion. Mix very well and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
On a large wooden board and with the back of a spoon, place the cream cheese mixture forming a sort of rose petals, one on top of the other, forming rows and starting from the top of the board.
On top of the cheese and on one half of the board, add the prosciutto rolled up like roses. Sprinkle with the strips of dehydrated tomato. On the other half of the board, add the salami folded in half. Add spoonfuls of jam on top and sprinkle with the walnut.
Serve the cream cheese and cold cuts board and accompany it with Galletas Crackets®.
