Croque Madame Sandwich

This sandwich is a variation of a classic called croque Monsieur, a traditional preparation in France that consists of white sandwich bread with butter, cheese, and cooked ham. In our version, we use delicious FUD® turkey breast, add a béchamel sauce, and brown it in the oven. It is topped with a fried egg and can be enjoyed at any time of the day, although it is ideal for breakfast.
