Baked Sausage Croquettes

If you love croquettes, here is a healthier version of baked croquettes filled with FUD® Cuida-t+ turkey sausage and breaded vegetables with oats. Serve them with your preferred dressing.

  • 4 turkey sausage Fud® care-t +
  • 1 cup potato, cooked and cubed, for the croquettes
  • 1/4 cups carrot, grated, for the croquettes
  • 1/4 cups pumpkin, grated, for the croquettes
  • 1/4 cups baby corn, for the croquettes
  • 2 eggs, for the croquettes
  • 1 tablespoon salt, for the croquettes
  • 1 tablespoon pepper, for the croquettes
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, for the croquettes
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour, for breading
  • 2 eggs, batter, for breading
  • 2 cups oats, for breading

  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  • On a cutting board, use a knife to cut the FUD® Cuida-t+ turkey sausages into cubes, set aside.
  • In a bowl, place the cubed potato and use a masher to form a puree, add the sausages, carrot, zucchini, corn, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Set aside.
  • Using your hands, form croquettes of approximately 30 grams, coat the croquettes with wheat flour, dip them in egg, and bread with oats.
  • Place the croquettes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spray with cooking oil, and bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
  • Remove the croquettes from the oven, serve with a little salad and your preferred dressing.
