Chinese Style Noodle Croquettes

These Chinese-style croquettes are soft and creamy, perfect for sharing at a work gathering or with family, easy to prepare and very delicious.

  • 250 grams fideo pasta
  • 100 grams wheat flour
  • 50 grams breadcrumbs, or breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon ajinomoto
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the noodles; drain.
  • In a bowl, add the noodles, wheat flour, ginger, soy sauce, garlic, and ajinomoto. Mix well until you obtain a sticky dough, then shape the croquettes to your preferred size.
  • On a tray, add the breadcrumbs or flour, and roll the balls until they are fully coated.
  • In a pan with hot oil, fry until the croquettes are golden brown.
