In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the noodles; drain.
In a bowl, add the noodles, wheat flour, ginger, soy sauce, garlic, and ajinomoto. Mix well until you obtain a sticky dough, then shape the croquettes to your preferred size.
On a tray, add the breadcrumbs or flour, and roll the balls until they are fully coated.
In a pan with hot oil, fry until the croquettes are golden brown.
