Ingredients

4 portions
  • 250 grams noodle
  • 100 grams wheat flour
  • 50 grams ground bread, or flour bread
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ajinomoto salt
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Preparation

In a pot with boiling water and salt cook the noodles; drain
In a bowl add the noodles, wheat flour, ginger, soy, garlic, and ajinomoto. Mix well until a chewy dough forms, croquettes the size of your preference.
In a tray add bread crumbs or bread flour, pass the balls until complete.
In a pan with hot oil sauté until the croquettes are golden brown.

PRESENTATION

Serve with lettuce or cabbage leaves, with a sweet and sour sauce in the middle of the dish.
