These croquettes in Chinese style, are soft and creamy that you can share in a work or family meeting, easy to prepare and very delicious.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 250 grams of noodle
  • 100 grams of wheat flour
  • 50 grams of ground bread or flour bread
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoonful of ajinomoto salt
  • 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt

    Preparation

    In a pot with boiling water and salt cook the noodles; drain
    In a bowl add the noodles, wheat flour, ginger, soy, garlic, and ajinomoto. Mix well until a chewy dough forms, croquettes the size of your preference.
    In a tray add bread crumbs or bread flour, pass the balls until complete.
    In a pan with hot oil sauté until the croquettes are golden brown.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with lettuce or cabbage leaves, with a sweet and sour sauce in the middle of the dish.
