1 can cod, Langa® *
1/4 cups mayonnaise
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 tablespoons cumin
1/4 tablespoons pepper, Terana® *
1 tablespoon lime juice
vegetable oil, for frying
3/4 cups plain yogurt
flour, for breading
breadcrumbs, for breading
6 leaves lettuce, for decoration

Drain the can of cod of all liquid using a chinois strainer.
In a bowl, mix the can of cod with mayonnaise and breadcrumbs.
Using a scoop, form croquettes.
Coat the croquettes in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
Fry in plenty of hot oil.
Remove the croquettes from the oil and dry them with paper towels to remove excess grease.
To make the accompanying sauce, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon, and season with salt and pepper. Serve with the croquettes on a bed of lettuce.
