Preparation
Drain the cod can of all the liquid with the help of a Chinese colander.
In a bowl, mix the cod can with mayonnaise and bread crumbs.
With the help of a scoop form croquettes.
Pass the croquettes through flour, egg and bread crumbs.
Fry in plenty of hot oil.
Remove the croquettes from the oil and dry with paper towels to remove excess grease.
To make the sauce that accompanies them, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon and season with salt and pepper. Serve with the croquettes on a bed of lettuce.
