We present to you the perfect snack, delicious and healthy; scrumptious shrimp popcorn with Hummus Obela®. This dish is baked, so it has less fat than a fried preparation. Ideal for sharing with friends at a gathering.
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, washed, disinfected, and chopped.
2 cups breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons pimentón
1 tablespoon oregano
ground black peppers, a pinch
cooking spray, necessary amount
limes, quartered, to taste

Preheat your oven to 180ºC for 10 minutes.
Cut the larger shrimp in half, so they are all a uniform size.
Place Hummus Obela® Chipotle in a bowl, add the shrimp and cilantro; stir well to coat the shrimp.
Combine the dry ingredients in another bowl. Transfer some shrimp to a colander and add a bit of the breadcrumb mixture; shake over the bowl to coat the shrimp and avoid wasting the excess.
Repeat with the remaining shrimp, transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spray them with cooking spray, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the shrimp are crispy and golden.
Serve hot from the oven and enjoy with lemon juice.
