We present you the perfect, delicious and healthy snack; delicious shrimp popcorn with Hummus Obela®. This dish is cooked in the oven, so it has less fat than a fried preparation. Ideal to share with your friends in a meeting.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 300 grams cheap shrimp, Pre-cooked
  • 1/2 cups Hummus Obela®, Chipotle
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, washed, disinfected and chopped.
  • 2 cups ground bread
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • ground black peppers, a pinch
  • cooking spray oils, necessary amount
  • lemons, in rooms, to taste

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 180ºC for 10 minutes.
Cut the largest shrimp in halves, so that all have a uniform size.
Place Hummus Obela® Chipotle in a bowl, add the shrimp and cilantro; stir well so that the shrimp are impregnated.
Combine the dry ingredients in another bowl. Pass some shrimp to a colander and add a little of the bread crumb mixture; shake over the bowl to cover the shrimp and that the surplus is not wasted.
Repeat with the rest of the shrimp, pass them to a tray with waxed paper, spray them with cooking spray and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the popcorn is crispy and golden. Serve out of the oven and enjoy with lemon juice.

PRESENTATION

Serve it in a basket or an extended dish.

TIPS

You can substitute oregano for another dry herb.
