In a large bowl, mix the tuna, onion, cilantro, egg, gourmet almond sauce from Nature in, and season with salt and pepper; mix everything until well combined.
Preheat a skillet with olive oil over medium heat.
While the skillet heats up, make bite-sized balls with the tuna mixture. Coat the balls in breadcrumbs and fry them until golden brown.
Serve them on a platter to share.
