With this simple recipe you will have the best tuna croquettes you have ever tasted. It has a spicy touch that you can adjust to your tastes according to how you like it.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cups red pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepperoncino Italian crushed red pepper
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 cans canned tuna
  • 1/2 cups Chihuahua cheese, grated
  • 1 egg, smoothie
  • crackers, powdered
  • 2 cups oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons chipotle sauce
  • fresh coriander, chopped

Preparation

In a frying pan with a little oil add the onion and the pepper to acitronar. Add the peperoncino and the chipotle sauce.
Mix the mashed potatoes, tuna, cilantro and cheese with the onion mixture.
With the tuna mixture form croquettes. Then submerge in the egg and go through the cookie crumbs, turning to cover them completely.
In the hot oil add the croquettes in batches and leave until golden brown, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towel.
