Preparation
In a frying pan with a little oil add the onion and the pepper to acitronar. Add the peperoncino and the chipotle sauce.
Mix the mashed potatoes, tuna, cilantro and cheese with the onion mixture.
With the tuna mixture form croquettes. Then submerge in the egg and go through the cookie crumbs, turning to cover them completely.
In the hot oil add the croquettes in batches and leave until golden brown, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towel.
