3 cans canned tuna in water
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 pinch salt, and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 garlic, ground or crushed
5 tablespoons Parmesan cheese powder
3 chipotle chiles, finely chopped marinated
1/2 onions, finely chopped
1 cup vegetable oil, for frying
4 tablespoons mayonnaise

Mix the potato with the tuna, garlic, onion, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Form small balls.
Coat the balls, first dipping them in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
In a pan, heat the oil and fry the croquettes until golden and crispy. Then place them on absorbent paper to remove excess grease.
For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise with finely chopped chipotle peppers. Season with salt and pepper.
