Crostini with Roasted Tomatoes

Try these crostinis with roasted tomatoes, they are an appetizer that will whet your appetite, as their creamy flavor combined with the tanginess of the tomatoes creates a flavor explosion that you won’t be able to stop eating.

  • 2 tomatoes, in slices
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, colorful mixture
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tablespoon vinaigrette, balsamic
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet with edges, covered with aluminum foil that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake them for 45 minutes or until they are lightly browned. Put 1 tbsp of cheese mixture on each tomato and bake for another 15 minutes.
  • Mix the spinach with the dressing.
  • Spread the ricotta cheese on the toasted bread; top with spinach and tomatoes.
