Crudités with Pepper Dressing

Crudités are a healthy, quick, and very fresh snack. Serve with a creamy dressing made of bell pepper, mayonnaise, and a touch of pepper. Simply delicious!

  • 1 bunch celery, in medium sticks
  • 1 kilo carrot, in sticks
  • 1 jicama, in sticks
  • 2 cups Hellmann's Light® mayonnaise dressing
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, blended with a little water
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon

  • For the dressing, mix the blended pepper with mayonnaise, pepper, and salt.
  • Place 2 sticks of celery, carrot, and jicama in our cups, and on top of these, add a teaspoon of the dressing.
