The crudités are a healthy snack, fast and very fresh. Accompany with a creamy dressing of red pepper, mayonnaise and a touch of pepper. Simply delicious!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 bunch celery, in medium canes
  • 1 kilo carrot, in canes
  • 1 jicama, in canes
  • 2 cups Hellmann's Light® Mayonnaise Dressing
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 red pepper, smoothie with a little water
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth

Preparation

For the dressing, mix the pepper that we liquefy with the mayonnaise, pepper and salt.
Place in our cups 2 canes celery, carrot and jicama and on these one teaspoon of the dressing.
