Cucumber and Salmon Sandwiches

I love inviting friends over for tea and serving these cucumber and smoked salmon sandwiches. They taste delicious and are very easy to make.

  • 1/2 cups sour cream  1/2 cups sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  •  pepper pepper
  • 1 cucumber 1 cucumber
  • slices white bread, Cut each sandwich into 2 triangles.
  • 120 grams smoked salmon, cut into 16 pieces
  •  lemon juice  lemon juice

  • In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the dill and season with salt and pepper.
  • Peel the cucumber. Using the same peeler, shave thin slices of cucumber lengthwise. (Do not use the seeds).
  • Season the cucumbers with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and let them soften for about 10 minutes.
  • Pat the cucumbers dry with a paper towel.
  • Spread all the bread with the dill cream and place the smoked salmon on top, followed by the cucumber slices.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and a few drops of lemon.
  • Cover the sandwiches and enjoy!
