I love to invite friends to have a tea and serve these cucumber sandwiches with smoked salmon. They taste delicious and are very easy to make.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • black pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • slices Bimbo bread, cut into 2 triangles each
  • 120 grams smoked salmon, cut into 16 pieces
  • lemon juice

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the dill and season with salt and pepper.
Peel the cucumber. With the same peeler, shave thin slices of cucumber along. (Do not use the seeds).
Season the cucumbers with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and let them soften, about 10 minutes.
Dry cucumbers with a paper towel.
Brush all the bread with the dill cream and top with the smoked salmon and top with the cucumber slices.
Season with salt, pepper and a few drops of lemon.
Cover the sandwiches, and enjoy!

TIPS

The dill cream can be prepared one day in advance.
