Delicious Marinated Olives

We usually eat olives straight from the package or cooked in a dish. This time I propose a recipe for marinated olives to give a delicious touch to other herbs.

  • bay
  • pilgrims
  • 1 lime
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 500 grams olives
  • extra virgin olive oils

  • Drain the olives and place them in a container.
  • Add thyme, bay leaf, rosemary, garlic, and a few drops of lemon. Pour in olive oil to cover everything.
  • Let it rest for at least one day.
