We usually eat olives straight from the package or cooked in a dish. This time I propose a recipe for marinated olives to give a delicious touch to other herbs.

500 grams olives
extra virgin olive oils

Drain the olives and place them in a container.
Add thyme, bay leaf, rosemary, garlic, and a few drops of lemon. Pour in olive oil to cover everything.
Let it rest for at least one day.
