We always eat the olives directly from the package or cooked in a dish. This time I propose the recipe of marinated olives to give a delicious touch to other herbs.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • thyme
  • bay (laurel)
  • pilgrims
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 500 grams olive
  • extra virgin olive oils

Preparation

Drain the olives and put them in a container.
Add thyme, bay leaf, rosemary, garlic and a few drops of lemon. Add olive oil to cover everything.
Let stand for at least one day.
