Roll out the dough on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray to form an oval. To outline the mummy's head, make indentations in the dough about 3 inches from one end of the oval. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 20 min. or until it doubles in size.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Brush the dough with the egg. Bake for 18 to 20 min. or until the bread is golden and sounds hollow when lightly tapped. Crumble the cheese into strips until you have about 16 strips; arrange them on the bread to resemble the mummy's wrappings. Bake for 1 to 2 min. or just until the cheese melts; let it cool slightly. Press the olive slices onto the bread to add eyes to the mummy. Allow to cool completely.
Mix the sour cream and dressing in a medium bowl. Stir in the next 5 ingredients. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 min. or until ready to serve.
Using a sharp knife, remove a layer of bread from the top of the mummy's body; hollow out the center, removing the bread until a thin crust remains at the bottom and sides. (Save the bread from the top. Discard the bread from the hollow or save it for another use). Just before serving, fill the hollowed bread with the spinach dip; cover it with the top piece of bread. Serve the dip with the crackers.
