  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 can canned artichoke heart, chopped
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 100 grams roquefort cheese
  • 1 baguette
  • 1 teaspoon butter

  • Sauté the finely chopped shallot in butter over low heat.
  • Once the shallot starts to sizzle, add the chopped artichoke hearts.
  • Stir well the shallot and artichoke hearts, add the cream cheese and blue cheese, cook over low-medium heat.
  • Slice the baguette and serve.
