1 shallot, finely chopped
1 can canned artichoke heart, chopped
1 stick cream cheese
100 grams roquefort cheese
1 baguette
1 teaspoon butter

Sauté the finely chopped shallot in butter over low heat.
Once the shallot starts to sizzle, add the chopped artichoke hearts.
Stir well the shallot and artichoke hearts, add the cream cheese and blue cheese, cook over low-medium heat.
Slice the baguette and serve.
