Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 piece of shallot finely chopped
  • 1 can of canned artichoke heart chopped
  • 1 stick of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of Roquefort cheese
  • 1 piece of baguette bread
  • 1 teaspoonful of Butter

    Preparation

    Fry the finely chopped echalot with the butter on low heat.
    Once the echalot begins to thunder, we add the chopped artichoke hearts.
    Stir well the echalot and the artichoke hearts, add the cream cheese and the roquefort cheese, cook over low-medium heat.
    Cut the baguette into slices and serve.
