Artichoke Dip with Parmesan

  • 1 can artichoke broth
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, Kraft grated
  • 1/2 teaspoons mustard
  • 4 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoons granulated chicken bouillon
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

  • Remove the bottoms of the artichokes and chop very finely.
  • Mix the Philadelphia cheese with the mayonnaise, Kraft grated parmesan, mustard, and broth until well combined.
  • Add the chopped artichoke bottoms and mix with a spoon to avoid beating.
  • Place this mixture in a small bowl suitable for onion soup that can go in the oven and sprinkle with fresh parmesan cheese.
  • Bake until the parmesan is golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve hot with tortilla chips.
