1 can artichoke broth
1 package cream cheese
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, Kraft grated
1/2 teaspoons mustard
4 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoons granulated chicken bouillon
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Remove the bottoms of the artichokes and chop very finely.
Mix the Philadelphia cheese with the mayonnaise, Kraft grated parmesan, mustard, and broth until well combined.
Add the chopped artichoke bottoms and mix with a spoon to avoid beating.
Place this mixture in a small bowl suitable for onion soup that can go in the oven and sprinkle with fresh parmesan cheese.
Bake until the parmesan is golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve hot with tortilla chips.
