Broccoli Dip

This broccoli dip recipe includes mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. It is served hot with crackers and is an easy yet impressive snack.

  • 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise

  • Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit or 180 degrees.
  • In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, broccoli, bell peppers, and parmesan cheese. Add half a cup of mozzarella cheese.
  • Place the cheese mixture in a baking dish and put it in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Serve hot with crackers.
