1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
280 grams broccoli, cooked and chopped into very small pieces
50 red bell peppers, diced
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup Mozzarella cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit or 180 degrees.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, broccoli, bell peppers, and parmesan cheese. Add half a cup of mozzarella cheese.
Place the cheese mixture in a baking dish and put it in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
Serve hot with crackers.
