This broccoli dip recipe has mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and mozarella cheese. It is served hot with crackers and is an easy but lucid snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 280 grams broccoli, cooked and chopped into very small pieces
  • 50 red peppers, chopped in cubes
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit or 180 degrees.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, broccoli, peppers and Parmesan cheese. Add a half cup of mozzarella cheese.
Place the cheese mixture in a pyrex to bake and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella cheese and bake another 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Serve hot with crackers.
