Celery Sticks with Spicy Dressing

  • 1 celery
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 árbol chiles, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons cilantro seeds, ground
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can ear corn, baby
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 10 walnuts
  • 1 bunch green onion, use only the stalk
  • 20 olives

  • For the dressing: Soften the cream cheese with a fork in a bowl, add the mayonnaise, mustard, chili, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  • For the accompaniment: Cut the corn in half for better presentation. Gather three corn pieces and tie them with the green onion stalk. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut out some stars from it.
  • Wash, disinfect, and cut the celery sticks by peeling them with a peeler to remove the very fibrous skin.
  • Assemble the sticks: place some of the dressing on a plate and on top of it, place the celery sticks; add the olives and the walnut. Serve with the bundle of corn and the bell pepper.
