Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 piece of celery
  • 2 packages of cream cheese
  • 4 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise
  • 4 spoonfuls of mustard
  • 2 pieces of Chile de árbol pepper finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of coriander seed ground
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 can of corn baby
  • 1 piece of yellow bell pepper
  • 10 pieces of nut
  • 1 bunch of cambray onion use only the tail
  • 20 pieces of olive

    Preparation

    For the dressing: Soften the cream cheese with a fork in a bowl, add the mayonnaise, mustard, chili, cilantro, salt and pepper. Stir well and reserve.
    For the accompaniment: Cut the ears in half, to give them a better presentation. Join three elotitos and tie them with the tail of the onion cambray. Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut some stars from it.
    Wash, disinfect and cut the celery sticks peeling them with a peeler, to remove the skin that is very fibrous.
    Mount the sticks: place a little of the dressing on a plate and on top of it, place the celery sticks; add the olives and the nut. Accompany with the tied corn and red pepper.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with white wine.

    TIPS

    Assemble the celery trees until they are ready to serve.
