Cheddar Cheese and Bacon Dip

  • 100 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cups mayonnaise
  • 100 bacon, fried and chopped
  • green onions, only the chopped stems
  • saltine crackers

  • Place the cream, cheese, chopped bacon, green onion stems, and mayonnaise in a food processor or blender.
  • Serve in a glass bowl. Cover it and refrigerate for at least two hours.
