1/2 cups Hummus Libanius®
1/2 cups cow's milk
1 tomato, chopped
230 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
cookies, potatoes for serving
fresh cilantro, for decoration

In a skillet, mix the milk with the hummus over high heat until it comes to a boil.
Remove from heat, gradually add the cheese until everything is melted and incorporated.
Add the tomato and serve immediately.
