Cheese and Hummus Dip

This dip is super easy to make. Your guests will definitely love it. Just heat the mixture and serve!

  • 1/2 cups Hummus Libanius®
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 230 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
  • cookies, potatoes for serving
  • fresh cilantro, for decoration

  • In a skillet, mix the milk with the hummus over high heat until it comes to a boil.
  • Remove from heat, gradually add the cheese until everything is melted and incorporated.
  • Add the tomato and serve immediately.
