Cheese Dip with Guacamole

  • 1 cup cream cheese, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups clotted cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 avocados, just pulp
  • 1/2 cups cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup tomato, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups onion, in small cubes
  • 1/4 cups chives, finely chopped
  • 3 serrano chiles, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups peppermint, finely chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • tomato, in cubes, for decoration
  • serrano chile, sliced for decoration
  • leaves peppermint, for decoration
  • Saladitas® saltine crackers

  • Blend the cream cheese with the sour cream, garlic, avocado, cilantro, and lime juice in a processor until you achieve a spreadable consistency.
  • Place the previous mixture in a large bowl and add the tomato, onion, green onion, serrano pepper, and mint. Mix and season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with tomato, slices of serrano pepper, and mint leaves. Serve with Saladitas Gamesa®. Enjoy!
