  • 1 pimentón, red
  • 125 milliliters white vinegar
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin

  • Chop the bell pepper into small cubes, bring to the heat with water, vinegar, and sugar. Let the mixture reduce a bit without caramelizing. Set aside.
  • Soak the gelatin and heat it until it's liquid. Let it rest for a few minutes and mix it with the cream cheese.
  • Grease the container with a little oil and add the mixture, freeze for 15 minutes or until the desired consistency is achieved.
  • Unmold and drizzle with the bell pepper confiture.
