Cheese Dip with Salmon

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 200 grams salmon, skinless
  • 3 tablespoons salsa, macha
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups BBQ sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • Ritz® cookies
  • pineapple, cut into triangles, for decoration
  • red onion, cut into thin strips, for decoration

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil, cook the garlic and add the salmon. Add the salsa macha, the yellow lemon juice, and stir constantly until the salmon is cooked.
  • Incorporate the cream cheese and BBQ sauce, cook until all ingredients are integrated. Season to your taste, and remove.
  • On a board, place the Ritz® Crackers, add the dip and decorate with the pineapple and red onion. Serve and enjoy.
