Chicken and Cheese Dip

Treat your guests with this chicken and cheese dip recipe; it will be a hit thanks to its incredible flavor! Additionally, this dip has a hint of jalapeño and a very creamy consistency, perfect for dipping with Sabritas® Receta Crujiente Flamin Hot!

  • 2 tablespoons butter, clarified
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups turkey bacon, in small cubes
  • 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and chopped into small cubes
  • 2 cups cream cheese, low in fat
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, lactose-free, shredded
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, lactose-free
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, low-fat
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cups pickled jalapeno peppers, finely chopped

  • chives, finely chopped, for garnish

  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add the onion and bacon and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Incorporate the chicken and cook for 5 more minutes or until golden. Remove and let cool.
  • Blend the cream cheese, manchego cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and garlic powder for 5 minutes or until you obtain a smooth mixture.
  • Place the previously blended mixture in a bowl. Add the pre-browned chicken, jalapeño pepper, salt, and pepper, and mix very well with a spatula.
  • Place the chicken and cheese dip in a baking dish or bowl for serving, then garnish with green onion and dip with Sabritas® Receta Crujiente Flamin Hot.
