Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add the onion and bacon and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Incorporate the chicken and cook for 5 more minutes or until golden. Remove and let cool. Blend the cream cheese, manchego cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and garlic powder for 5 minutes or until you obtain a smooth mixture.
