Cilantro and Yogurt Dip

You won't believe when you try this flavorful dip that you can prepare in less than 10 minutes. It's made with cilantro, garlic, onion, with a spicy touch of serrano chili and drops of lemon. It's perfect for your snack!

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 serrano chiles
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 2 cups Yoplait® Greek yogurt with no added sugar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds, toast
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, diced into small cubes
  • carrot, in roasted sticks on the griddle

  • Place the cilantro, garlic, onion powder, serrano chili, lemon juice, Yoplait Greek Yogurt No Added Sugar, olive oil, and pumpkin seed in the food processor. Process for 5 minutes or until you achieve a creamy consistency.
  • Add the diced cucumber and season to your liking with salt and pepper.
  • Serve and accompany with some roasted carrot sticks, garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and whole pumpkin seeds. Enjoy.
