Cilantro Dip in the Shape of a Tree

Dips to take as snacks to the Christmas dinner are a super option, to start the night with a very eye-catching and delicious snack, prepare this Christmas tree-shaped dip made with cream cheese, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, cilantro, spices, a spicy touch of jalapeño pepper, and the delicious flavor of bacon.

  • 4 cups cream cheese, cut into cubes and at room temperature, for dip
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder, for dip
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, for dip
  • 1/4 cups pine nuts, for dip
  • 1 cup bacon, fried, finely chopped, for dip
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped, for dip
  • 1/4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, for dip
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder, for dip
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, for dip
  • 2 Jalapeño chiles, roasted and finely chopped, for dip
  • 1 tablespoon salt, for dip
  • 1 cup yellow bell pepper, and red, cut into circles to decorate the dip and into stars
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped, to decorate the dip
  • 1/4 cups pine nuts, topped, to decorate the dip
  • saltine crackers, to accompany

  • In a bowl, add all the dip ingredients, mix until combined. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • On a cutting board, place non-stick plastic, add the previous preparation, cover with plastic, and with your hands gradually shape the cheese tree. Cover with finely chopped cilantro, pine nuts, pepper circles, and place the star on top to finish.
  • Serve the tree with crackers and enjoy.
