In a bowl, add all the dip ingredients, mix until combined. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. On a cutting board, place non-stick plastic, add the previous preparation, cover with plastic, and with your hands gradually shape the cheese tree. Cover with finely chopped cilantro, pine nuts, pepper circles, and place the star on top to finish.
